Return & Replacement Policy
- Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds on products once an order has been placed.
All products are ordered on a back-to-back basis specifically for each customer, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Replacements for Incorrect or Defective Products
We offer replacement (not refund) in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is dead on arrival (DOA)
- The product fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period
To be eligible for replacement, customers must notify us within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving the product in case of wrong or defective delivery.
- Warranty Claims
If a product fails during the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will assist with:
- Manufacturer warranty replacement
- RMA processing (if applicable)

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.

- Shipping Costs
