Return & Replacement Policy

  1. Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds on products once an order has been placed.
All products are ordered on a back-to-back basis specifically for each customer, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.

  1. Replacements for Incorrect or Defective Products

We offer replacement (not refund) in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA)
  • The product fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period

To be eligible for replacement, customers must notify us within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving the product in case of wrong or defective delivery.

  1. Warranty Claims

If a product fails during the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will assist with:

  • Manufacturer warranty replacement
  • RMA processing (if applicable)
  • Replacement of the same or equivalent product (subject to supplier availability)

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.
